I use an SSD and plenty of ram so I think that makes big difference with stutter and swapping. Even though, I may end up using High textures, the small hitch is very small which to me is a small price to pay. If I run High textures I get a hitch once in awhile moving into new areas with different textures but I only have 2gb of Vram. As for the rest of the settings, the lowest setting I use is HIGH and I am using the ingame NVidia options except for SMAA and fur is set to ON. Medium textures give me no problems at all. At 1080p the game runs at an amazingly smooth 60fps, If I don't try and run settings higher than I should.
